The Caribbean 600
Since its inception in 2009 the RORC Caribbean 600 has become a firm favourite on the Caribbean race circuit. This race will take you on a 600 mile course of 10 legs around the Caribbean islands, with the start and finish in Antigua.
The competing yachts pass 14 magnificent islands in the central Caribbean. Some of the best sailing grounds in the world are blessed with stunning scenery, including the remote cliffs of Saba, the white sandy beaches of Barbuda and the twisted volcanic rock faces of Montserrat - and everywhere the turquoise sea. With the ever present Trade Winds you will experience exhilarating and competitive sailing conditions with whales, dolphins and turtles a common sight. By night you will race in a warm breeze under a backdrop of stars, rarely seen with such clarity. This is yacht racing at its best with Caribbean hospitality to start and finish the race. |
